How much is the cost of a session?

The cost is £60 for individuals, and £70 for couples.

I am happy to offer a reduced rate in special circumstances.

What is the duration of the session?

A counselling session for both individuals and couples, is 50 minutes.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.

How many sessions do I need to have?

As many as is needed!  This will be discussed during an assessment of your counselling needs.  In my experience, most clients simply prefer to see how things go.  But, if you’d prefer to work towards a structured, set amount of sessions, this can be discussed also.
