About me

My experience includes working for Bexley & Greenwich Resource for Alcohol, and for Family Matters (counselling adult/child survivors of sexual abuse).  I have also worked in the NHS and private care sector, which has given me the discipline and grounding now integral in my practice.

Bexley & Greenwich Resource for Alcohol - (2001-2004)

Supervision  - Supervising Counsellors in practice (trainees and qualified) as per BACP  guidelines. (2007-to date)

As part of my accredited registration with the BACP, I commit to 30 hours of Continual Professional Development each year.  This ensures that my practice and skills remain up-to-date and informed .  This includes research, attending training courses and workshops, as well as networking with colleagues and peers within the counselling profession.
