My experience includes working for Bexley & Greenwich Resource for Alcohol, and for Family Matters (counselling adult/child survivors of sexual abuse). I have also worked in the NHS and private care sector, which has given me the discipline and grounding now integral in my practice.

As part of my accredited registration with the BACP, I commit to 30 hours of Continual Professional Development each year. This ensures that my practice and skills remain up-to-date and informed . This includes research, attending training courses and workshops, as well as networking with colleagues and peers within the counselling profession.
